Union Slough to remove dam
Union Slough National Wildlife Refuge is planning to remove the Buffalo Creek Dam, located on the south end of the Refuge. Interested individuals should read the draft environmental assessment http://www.fws.gov/midwest/unionslough/documents/BuffaloCreekDam.pdf
and make comments by May 31, 2008. If comments are submitted by email, please indicate Buffalo Creek Dam in the subject line.
