I use the rubbermaid garage hooks that are at Menards Holden 12 dozen full body decoys along the sides of my 16' trailer

What I would recommend would be to get up on a step ladder in your trailer attach a couple of these to the ceiling then put a hook in each of your eyes and jump off your step ladder.

this is close to what i use... I have the big ones for blinds, and 6 in ones for bags,, just bought 6 more for 20 bucks a couple weeks ago... can't find the site right now though... they hook into surface mounted "rope/D" hooks ... simple method.....
