New tech toys for Christmas

Just tablets really now. iPad, Fire, Nook... stupid imo (I have no use for it). Good for college kids though that need to take notes in class. But I would prefer a laptop.

The wife and daughter received Nook color's last year, and now the Nook tablet comes out. I look into possibly upgrading one year later to the tablet for them and next week a free software upgrade comes out to make the Nook color the same as the tablet, netflix streaming and so on. No need to spend the $250 per tablet when they have the same thing with the software upgrade next week.

I bought the wife a nook color for christmas this year..hopefully get a few boxes of bogfoots from her.

Wish the girlfriend and family would realize why I take all those electronics and gadgets back and they never see them again. But always end up with new hunting gear this time of year. Would be much easier if they would give me what is on my list. Still love'em though, glad I have people who care enough to try.
