I've never had an insert come out of any of my LMCs. If the o-rings start to break down, give George a call and he can send you some new ones.
LMC Lawmaker
I got a new lawmaker (1st LMC) late last week and guess I didn't notice that they only have 1 "lanyard cut" on the call. Has anyone had an insert come out of this call?? If I put a loop on the insert it is in the way of my hands as the narrowest part is out towards end of barrel.
P.S. I used this weekend and the birds realllllyyyyy liked it. Got it on Thursday and was breaking down birds with it on Friday. Really easy call to use.

i actually did have a problem with that particular call, but new o rings solved it. take your double loop on your lanyard, put one in the groove and just choke one down on the insert in the middle. even when the call would separate, it still held onto it just fine because of the bell shape
Tried that, but loop was in way of how I hold call.just choke one down on the insert in the middle.
I wouldn't worry about it bud, all LMC's on all my lanyards, never had an issue nor heard of any issues. If you get to the point of feeling like your Orings are loosening up, PM me and i will send you a new set. BTW, the lawmaker is a dirty secret in the goose world, that with the Xfactor is a deadly combo. Glad to hear you like your call.

I also have some of my LMC's with just one drop on them and haven't looked down to see the insert missing. If the o-rings are in good shape, the calls fit fairly tight so all is good.
