I also asked if you had property that had and only wanted to lets say offer x as the only opportunity you could do so in the contract.

Duck hunt but no pheasant hunting.

You get the picture. You can pick what you would allow to be hunted on your land.

Due to some of the concerns that were being shared about the level of detail the DNR has provided to the public during our public comment period for the public hunting access program we have posted the landowner contract and application/ranking form for the proposed Pilot Iowa Management and Access Program. You can find them at the link below. The comment period has been extended through March 29th due to providing this additional information. I welcome you to share this and the extension of the comment period.
