Disclosure when selling your home!

When selling a home, legally the owners must disclose everything that is
wrong with it. In my humble opinion, the following is not revealed often
enough.....

LOL! We are writing an offer on a new place in the AM!!

This sign was not present at the one we want---but give it some time with tons of boats and decoys and a few of my beer induced calling seminars at 11 pm :lol: :lol: :lol:
