Anyone else not able to open PMs

It was working until today, now I can't open any pms. Am I the only one with this problem?

I see that this site had some maintenance done 8/15 could this be the problem? I go into my inbox, click on any of the pms in there and it brings me right back to my inbox.

I keep getting logged out every time I visit the site.

Hopefully it should be fixed by now. The webmaster sent me a test pm and it worked. I was having problems with it yesterday as well.

I'm a little bit confused... what is not working? Old private messages? I do know for a fact that new private message or rather the system in general is working.

Everything moved successfully (pictures, posts, members, profiles). Expect old private messages. **read post below for explanation**

Sorry for the inconvenience guys but when I was transferring the old data over, it missed a string of data (which happened to be private messages). I at the time, checked all the posts and members (everything was fine), however I did not know old private messages were not working. I contacted Duck Magnet after I noticed this thread last night and told him, since it is too late (error found too late) I cannot recover the old private messages. :/.

I hope you understand, in total it took me 5 hours to move everything without a break. Errors are bound to happen while trying to move millions upon million strings (lines) of data.

Now I can get private message back, but I would need to recover from before the move, so all posts/threads (including this one) will but deleted. I would honestly say and judge that I would rather let private messages go than let posts delete from two days ago.

Again sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully you understand where I am coming from and our new dilemma.

I just deleted four plus pages of PMs that should help the site work better.

New update, after looking through all the data, I will be able to move (hopefully, fingers crossed) all the old private messages over.

So guys/ladies, hang tight! I will update this thread as things happen.

Please, do not delete old private messages.

Thank you IAtaxidermist but there is no need, I'll try to recover all your deleted PM's in the process.

As of 0345 this morning, I cannot open a new PM. I was able to open PMs yesterday, but I received a new one and cannot open it. A couple times yesterday while typing a PM, the page would refresh and I would lose what I was typing.

Hehe, you weren't allowed on the site, lol. I closed it but you went in through the back way. You must have bookmarked an address or the index.php page.

See if you were to go to iawaterfowlers.com you would have been redirected to http://iawaterfowlers.com/down.html

Lol, no biggie - everything is working fine... and guess what? All the old private messages are back and fully recovered, including all the new private messages since the move. Have a look :).

Blood, sweat and tears. No kidding.
