When birds are left in the freezer, unprotected, this can create a problem in the wing joints, ususally the wing tip, this causes the feathers to lock. sometimes i am able to get them to release sometimes i have to make adjustments in the flyer and use this to my advantage, this birds feet were like the black moisture was gone, two days warm soaking and the feet and joints came back.
