That's definitely a Western Grebe, they're the biggest grebe in North America and the one that does the crazy running on top of the water mating display from nature shows. Definitely not a common...

There have been a couple days where I've come home with only one sock. I think even once I came home with no socks. Pretty useful tools when you eat too much pizza and drink too much coffee.

Take the VIN to courthouse yes and they will title it. I'm not sure on the costs I wouldn't think it would be anything high basically just paying for stickers
