Over 100 days to work with when setting goose season and they manage to close the season when there are always geese here in numbers and harvest is done. Unbelievable. Hopefully its 50 degrees, sunny...

The youth tag has been good for all seasons for at least the past two years, I don't follow youth math. Looks like they lost 6 days.

Is there a reason we couldn't structure our goose season like missouri does? We get 107 days total, if the season is open anywhere it counts as a day used. Just have a state wide season, open it...

So we lose goose days in december and close earlier. Who is coming up with this crap ? They have 107 days to work with and can't figure it out.

Basically any day Canada geese can be harvested it counts against the total. The Miss Flyway states get 107 days. The breakdown from Orrin is;

Urban/Early/September Season 9 days
Youth Season 2...

Early season DOES count towards the total days. Verified it with Orrin today. I was under the impression that it didnt count. Those days could definately be put to better use.
