Called one in Saturday afternoon with the foxpro red bellied wood pecker sound. Smoked him at 50 yards! My new RRA Fred Eichler AR15 is no longer a virgin

i just picked up a foxpro last week and went a few times, i talked to my buddies dad and he called one in with the woodpecker distress so i am almost convinced anything will lure them in if they are in the area.... i am taking my boy this weekend since he has been asking to go for the past week so hopefully he will bring the luck..

A friend of mine does pretty well calling dogs, only sound he uses is pup distress.

anybody been doing any good calling? whats the best sound thats been working for you? i haven't called any in yet but i have managed to get a few with a group running dogs the past weekend
