    The north end would be tough. Shallow water and tons of lily pad stems will wind up your prop. The south end has deep enough water but the pads are bad down there this year too. Guys are using outboards down there but I know of two guys that burnt them up by geting the water intake plugged and overheating the engine. Watched a guy pull his rig all the way back to the south ramp from the dike last Sunday. As long as you keep an eye on the pisser and make sure water is flowing you should be alright.

    Can a guy run an outboard on either side of cone marsh?
