Default Boss shells?

Anybody try the Boss copper plated bismuth shells?

I ordered a box of 3" 1 1/2 ounce 2's and 2 3/4" 1 1/4 4's to pattern.

I'll report back next week on how they pattern from my SBE2.

My buddy had some last year. 3" 5's I think. Man they were some of the best shells I have ever shot. I am a Kent guy through and through but I'll be ordering me some of the Boss shells for this upcoming season.

Boss just keeps building their name,

Ordered .410 shells last Wednesday from Boss in Michigan. The shells showed up on Tuesday this week. We are patterning them this weekend. Probably bust a few clays as well.

Different than most shell companies, the shells come bulk in a zip lock bag. They give you an oil canvas bag to carry the shells while hunting and they also give you two boxes if you want to use them too.

Are you running the duplex 3/5's or 3's and 5's separately?

Patterned the 2's and 4's from my SBE 2 factory full choke.

30 and 40 yards. No pics, was hot as blazes out that day, but I am really impressed.

I'll have to remember to bring my chokes as for early teal I use a Carlsons mid range with Federal blue box 6's.

Excited to see how the Boss performs, hopefully on a pile of greenheads and Canada's this year
