Default Missouri Waterfowl

Some of you may already get notifications from the DNR if you have hunted in Missouri. I received this 70 plus page waterfowl report. I haven't read all of it but it sure seems like they put ALOT of effort in to making sure that waterfowlers are happy with the seasons and structure. I believe this is something that Iowa could learn from, if they cared. Just thought I would share. Comments are welcome.
