Default Iowa Whiskeys

Asked about Iowa made calls a couple weeks ago, now what's your favorite Iowa made whiskey/bourbon?

Feel free to share where it is made as well.

My Brother in-law had me try some Templeton and asked me what I thought and I said great for cleaning car parts. Iím not a Fan but we all have our own taste buds.
Jack Daniels not a Fan, Crown Royal good, Jameson better. Now for a Iowa Whiskey I have not found one I like yet but will try. 😎

Haven't found any, not impressed with Cedar Ridge's business practices when it comes to the environment. There's some made over on the Mississippi River I'd like to try, can't remember the name. My go to is Basil Hayden.. god bless Kentucky.

Mississippi River Distillery in Le Claire makes some good stuff. Cody Road Bourbon and Rye are not the very top of my list but top of list for Iowa made. I always have a bottle of both in liquor cabinet.

New one in Bettendorf called Cats Eye. Hyvee sells it. Real smooth.
