I agree. You should be able to shoot whatever you want. Hen mallards, hen pheasants, hen turkeys, swans, bald eagles I see zero issue. Let it be a free for all |

Because they are ones that keep the Green head population going. If you have hunted pheasants and ducks in the same season its a natural practice to preserve the hens for future populations. It just so happens everyone love mallards.
