I'll pm details only because I personally feel that gives Scott the freedom to price however he wishes. But, for the public forum, the price of the transom and the pods was barely more than buying just the pods from Beavertail.

Highly, highly recommend going to MarshMonster for these.

Cut aluminum very slowly and clamp it if you don't already have it done. I've cut a lot of aluminum and 1000's of board feet of wood and never seen a blade come apart like that! I did get hit with a Carbide tooth once though. Hit me right in the chest while cutting some walnut

Yeah it was pretty crazy!! I'm pretty sure the issue on the first blade was that I didn't have it clamped. I was using my hand to hold it against the guide rail on the miter saw.

Oh man! You got hit with one of the carbide teeth?! Did you end up getting injured?

Sorry, I know it has been awhile since I've updated this thread. We didn't get everything finished before the season and ended up still using the boat to get our to our spots. We finally got a break in time and have a trip planned to hunt in Ohio over Christmas so we decided it was time to finish up.

Over the last two days we got the whole boat painted and the camo done. Here is the priming and painting. I also included a sample of the camo pattern.

This is the camo we put on the boat.

Today we are going to flip it, get the hydroturf in, finish the bench seats (Sand, prime, paint, upholster), attach the blind, and start on the electronics, wiring and other accessories.

I've got a few more updates but for some reason it isn't opening the attach images dialog for me.

If you still have it flipped over, add Gator Glide.

I do really want to add Gator Glide. I think that will be next years project. I am taking a trip out to Ohio with it this week and don't have time to get it on. Otherwise I for sure would!
