Default Guttenberg Pool

Was wondering if anyone has checked the water levels up north and south or the dam. Was thinking about heading up there this weekend, was just wondering if the water has settled down up there. I'm a new duck hunter, and live in Dubuque, so I'm trying to find some new spots, never hunted the river before. Any information would be appreciated.

Water is still very high. If you don't know exactly where you are going to set up then I would wait until daylight. The river is a dangerous place. Good news is that the river levels are falling.
