Default Anyone Up For Chasing Snows - NOW???

Looking for a road partner to chase snow geese - Now, today, or very soon. I'm available now, this weekend, and thru next week.. I'd possibly consider staging down south for a while and hunting til birds start moving north en masse. Birds won't be hitting southern Iowa for at least another week or 2 by the looks of the forecast, unfortunately. I have a tentative plan of attack (which is obviously negotiable, I'm easy to work with) decoys, e-call, motivation and time.

If you are retired, young and rich, unemployed, fraudulently claiming social security disability and have lots of money and time, even a small guide outfit that needs extra help- whatever, I don't care, you won't be judged lol. So long as you're willing to travel south a ways and hunt. Just need someone to split gas and hotel with and hopefully kill some birds with. I'll deploy by myself if I have to, its just not as much fun and it burns holes in the pockets fast.

Just taking a shot in the dark, not expecting much here, but if by chance you are in the same boat and need an extra gun on the road, reply or PM me and we'll quit reading these stupid online reports and actually go down together and make some of our own rain outs.

Still laughing at that video. Good luck to you, really wish I fell under the "young, independently wealthy with time on his hands" category. Unfortunately, its more like the young, broke as shit, couldn't get out of work if I paid my boss category.

Haha.. that gave me a chuckle, don't let me fool you. More appropriate category would likely be "young, stupid and frequently makes financially irresponsible decisions and gets lucky every once in while".. I'm glad I had you going for a minute though.

Sure you don't wanna run down there with me? I'll call up your boss and talk to him myself if you want haha. I'm sure once he realizes just how important this "snow goose hunting stuff" is, he won't have a problem with you taking a couple weeks off

But no, quite seriously - if anyone has the means and the desire to run down south and get into some snow geese, then please let me know.

I blow my vac. Otherwise I would be ready to roll. Spent threes days last week in Newport ARK. I would go south of there. Adults were pretty smart there. Was hunting with top gun guide service.

Is a trailer full of Dakota full bodies a deal breaker?

Well if we can't get any birds to land in the hole, then we'll know exactly why... I'm joking. Maybe you can turn me into a Dakota believer. Let's go already

Man, Where were you two weeks ago. I was trying to get anyone around here to roll with me. My buddy owns/farms 6000 acres right by Stuttgart and has a full lodge that sleeps 12. I am waiting for him to hit me back and see if birds return this week. They have gone somewhere and we think south...

Are you fixing to go back down there? Let's go, I can be packed in an hour and can leave today, serious as a heart attack. We'll drive south til we run into them, I don't care. Not having private ground to hunt doesn't deter me much, I'm a gentlemen and a professional door knocker.

Please stand by for incoming PM, sir.
