Virtually ALL WPA in Iowa are Run by the IDNR, NO USFWS people period. Look a little farther. Look into how the USFWS does its transect survey on nesting conditions and breeding pairs with in the US PPR. 1 state doesnt get any USFWS assistance or Staff support do you know who that is???? ( IOWA ) why because they dont have any here to do it.
