its not thats after a alberta $20/pelt incentive in 2010. just stumbled upon it and thought holy shit! wonder if thats still fun....... im guessing YES

Ive got some old pics of my Granddad, dad, and uncle that would blow your mind. But that was when the gettin was good and the reward was better.

I've seen some of the old days pics with a bunch of yotes like that when there was a bounty on em. Not much different than this one. That's a lot o damn dead coyotes! Wish they had some more incentive and it was worth while....I'd do it more often. We used to go up to big wall on moonlit nites when it was frozen and call and shot some. Been a while since we actually went on a hunt though. Shoot a bunch while deer pushin though. 2 years ago we shot more than we did deer

This year has been better than the past as far as fur prices. The one I have sold so far brought $35 top and $20 average. The $35 pelts were skinned and I had a few on the carcass still that brought $25.

I was just googleing coyote pictures and came across this. I just thought it was kind of interesting, I never figured a coyote that size would try to take down a deer of that size. Looks like the yote was getting the best of him.
