Default Anyone been doing any 'yote calling?

Anyone on here been doing any coyote hunting lately? I am going Saturday morning with a buddy's dad, who seems to be a seasoned veteran at calling them. I will have my SBE loaded with Dead Coyote and an extended PM for close shots. And the guy I am going with is bringing 2 of his AR-15's. I believe they are chambered in .223 and he has them sited in at 200 yards. We'll be hunting mostly looking over big valleys with draws running all through them. I think we'll also be hunting a few tighter close quarters spots. It'd be cool to stomp one at about 30 yards with my shotgun, but it'd be fun to drop one at 200+ yards too. I just hope we get a few to come in and hopefully get a few shots off.

ey miller I've killed yotes out to 70 yards with that dead coyote in my [email protected] with the extended choke. So don't just think it's for real close work

I will agree with Long Grove Labs with the 70 yard killing range. Went out last night and poked one off at 64 steps. I was using the 3 1/2 Dead Coyote with a PM. There was two that can in but after rolling the first one the second jumped into some brush.
