Default Take a sick day tomorrow.

If you have any sick time left I would get out there tomorrow. From looking at the wind forecast for tomorrow other could get good.

Good luck. The birds should be pouring into Saylorville and Red Rock this week.

You really think just the wind is gonna push that many birds?? I was hoping to see some hard snow in north and South Dakota and this wind and then I would get pumped up.. Just don't know how many will move with just the wind.

It will move some birds. I mainly posted that to ruffle some feathers. It might cost some guys a couple hours of sleep tonight.

Chris, I actually hunted RR a lot when I lived in Central Iowa. The mallards usually start stacking up there the week of Thanksgiving. This week would normally be te week of Thanksgiving if it wasn't late this year.

I'm not sure if your talking to yourself in third person with calling me chris or what? 50 degree weather isn't real conducive to pushing new birds in so I wouldn't get to excited.

I'd stick with trying to be a trophy canvasback expert if I were you.

Let see, yes there is going to be a temp change with some winds. But we are still going to be warmer this week than last week. If I were a betting man, I'd put my money on the table now that we will not have a big push. But why not get guys excited and make them burn a few vac days...

I wasn't the one pissing and moaning about not getting sleep due to guys telling where the birds are at. I get about as much sleep as a meth head during duck season so I ain't missing out on a thing.
